Lodging Units and Rates for 2008
- Reservations and Deposits
- Seasonal weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Condo Units do not require a weekly rental, however, the rates will vary with the number of nights you stay. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance. A deposit of $100 holds your reservation until the following January at which time 50% of the rental fee is due. We accept personal checks (preferred) and all major credit cards. Advanced reservations are recommended. Every effort will be made to honor your unit choice, however, we reserve the right to substitute a similar or better unit at same rate as reserved unit.
- Security Deposit
- We do require a credit card on file upon reservation. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for damages done to resort property and/or if the unit needs extra cleaning.
Policies
- Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your reservation with 30 days or more notice we will refund your deposit minus a 15% service fee. If you cancel your reservation with less than 30 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit unless we can re-rent the unit for the same number of nights.
- Items Included in All Rental Units
- Basic kitchenware, charcoal grill, bed linens, starter set of towels, starter set of paper products and garbage bags, dock space, TV, VCR, resort amenities, picnic table, stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot.
- Nightly Stays
- Duplex and Cottage Units are sometimes rented for less than one week. To figure the rate, divide the weekly rate by 5 and multiply it by the number of nights you would like to stay.
