Where is Eagle Waters Resort?
Eagle Waters Resort is located on Eagle Lake, part of the 28-lake chain, which is the largest inner coastal freshwater chain in the world. We are located about five miles from downtown Eagle River. Take Highway 70 east to Rangeline Road (2nd left past the bridge) first left onto Eagle Waters Road.

Where do I launch my boat and park the trailer?
Boats can be launched at the local marina for a small fee or for free at the Eagle Lake County Park. Trailers should be parked at the rear of the property in the trailer parking lot.

What is provided in the lodging units?
Lodging units are each unique, as there are many different owners. The units are equipped with basic kitchenware, a charcoal grill per cabin (condos share two permanent charcoal grills), starter set of paper products and garbage bags, dock space, TV (local channels only), VCR, resort amenities, picnic table, stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Each unit is provided with two parking spaces; additional vehicles or visitors can park in the parking area on the north side of the restaurant. The Kee-Mi-Con Lodge and units 15 and 16 are equipped with a full kitchen with dishwasher, satellite TV and A/C.

Are the bedding linens included?
Yes, blankets, pillows and bed linens are provided as part of the rental fee.

Are towels included?
Yes, a starter set of towels one set per person, as many as the unit sleeps (a set includes 1 bath, 1 hand, 1 washcloth) is provided. You should plan to bring extra towels. There is no towel exchange.

Do you have a laundry facility?
Recently the DNR made operating a laundry facility cost prohibitive. Consequently we had to remove the wash machines. We currently have two large coin-operated dryers in our laundry facility located behind the lodge. It is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. during our summer season. Are rooms cleaned daily?
No. Units are cleaned before guests arrive and after they check out.

Are there phones in the units?
No, there are no phones in the units with the exception of the new Kee-Mi-Con Lodge. There is a courtesy payphone located outside the Trading Post.

Are campfires allowed?
Campfires are allowed in the fire ring to the left of the swimming pool only. Please respect the guests that have accommodations near the fire ring. Campfires must be fully extinguished by 11:30 p.m. (Eagle Waters provides firewood for the main fire ring.)

Do you have quiet hours?
Yes. Quiet hours are from 10:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please use common courtesy with boats, jet skis, trailers, radios, etc.

What is your smoking policy?
No smoking inside units. Please, we request all smoking take place outside.

Can we have fireworks?
No. Fireworks are not allowed. Because of the age and wood construction of our units, our insurance company prohibits fireworks on the property.

What is the check-in and checkout policy?
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 10:00 a.m. You are welcome to arrive early and use the resort amenities, but please plan that your unit will not be ready until 4:00 p.m. Please help us keep our costs down by piling dirty laundry in a pile on the floor and turning off all lights, air and appropriate appliances. We also ask that you please leave your unit in the same condition as when you checked in … a $50.00 service fee may be charged against your account if your unit is left messy beyond reason. When checking out, please leave unit unlocked and keys on the table. Refunds are not given for early departure or late arrivals.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your reservation with 30 days or more notice, we will refund your deposit minus a 15% service fee. If you cancel your reservation with less than 30 days notice you will forfeit your deposit, unless we can re-rent the unit for the same number of nights.

Do you have a beach?
There is a beach area in front of the condo units. The beach area is for the condo guests only.

What time is the pool open? Is there a lifeguard? What are the rules?
The outdoor heated pool is open from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. There is no lifeguard on duty. When you check-in you must sign a pool agreement that spells out your obligations as a patron. The rules are posted at the pool and are there for your protection. Wisconsin State Law requires children under 14 to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to close the pool during inclement weather and special classes.

Do you have a fitness center?
Yes. We have a fitness center with men and women changing rooms and massage room available for guests. It is located in the lower level of the Trading Post and includes free weights, weight bench, treadmill, stationary bikes and stair stepper, crossbow and exercise videos. An adult must accompany children under 17.

Do you allow tents, camping, or RVs on your property?
As a general rule, no camping is allowed.

What about the game room, sports equipment, and videos?
The game room will be open daily at 9:00 a.m. with a new entrance on the south end of the lodge/restaurant. A locker by the tennis and basketball court has a small supply of tennis racquets, tennis balls, and basketballs, sand toys and other sports equipment for use (please bring your own racquets and balls due to our supply is limited). We ask that you use the equipment as if it were your own and when you are through using the equipment that you return it to the locker. We also have videos in the Trading Post that you can check out. The game room is open to the public and we ask that you enter the game room as if you were entering any other public place; shoes, shirt and bathing suit cover-ups are required.

Do you charge for extra guests or visitors?
Yes, due to insurance requirements we do require all guests and their visitors to register and sign a waiver at the front desk. Additional guests beyond sleeping capacity will be charged $12 per person per day.

When do we make our final payment?
At the very latest, your balance should be paid at check-in or by Thursday of the week you are staying. If you would like to reserve the same unit for the following year, please make those arrangements by Thursday as well.

Our restaurant offers casual family-friendly dining at affordable prices. We have a full supper club menu featuring nightly chef specials and children’s entrées. Check us out! We serve our seasonal dining specials below from the 2nd Tuesday in June until mid-September. Off-season, the restaurant has a reduced schedule. Please inquire about our weekly live entertainment and weekly activities.

Do you have a place where we can use the Internet?
Yes. In the Trading Post we have a computer for Internet use, we now have satellite (WiFi). The internet is intended for short-term use such as checking email, sending data. It is not to be used for chatting, surfing or playing games. Your cooperation is appreciated. Children under 17 should be accompanied by an adult.
