Reservations & Deposits
Generally our seasonal rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Some of the units may be available for other durations. Rates vary with the number of nights you stay and the time of the year. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Advanced reservations are recommended. Every effort will be made to honor your unit choice; however, we reserve the right to substitute a similar or upgraded unit at the same rate as the reserved unit.
Payment & Security Deposit
We accept personal checks, cash, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We require a credit card on file upon reservation and reserve the right to charge such card for damages done to the property and/or if the unit requires extra cleaning services.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a reservation with 30 days or more notice, we will refund your deposit minus 15% processing fee. If you cancel a reservation with fewer than 30 days’ notice, you will forfeit your deposit. If you make your reservation inside our 30-day cancellation notice, your deposit is forfeited if you cancel. (no exceptions)
Unit Capacity
Additional guests beyond the stated sleeping capacity will be charged $15.00 per person per day.
Pricing
Nightly stays are based on availability. Not all units are available for stays of less than one week. Not all units are available for only one night. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Sales & Room Tax
All rates are subject to 10% sales tax—5.5% sales tax and 4.5% accommodation tax
Pets
We love pets; unfortunately, we do not offer pet-friendly accommodations in the rentals. However, we can provide you with area kennel information upon request. Violations of this policy can result in additional charges for cleaning and/or a violation fee of $250.00.
Prime Season, Holidays, and Special Events
may have a minimum night stay requirement.
