We want our guests to relax and enjoy their stay. Prior Covid rules required guests to strip and bag their own sheets and towels. We want our guests to use the time to attend to their own needs as they prepare to depart.
Please do not strip beds on the day of check-out. We will take care of the housekeeping for you.
We do ask for a little assistance for units with a dishwasher: upon loading the dishwasher with all the dirty dishes, please start it before leaving your unit. You will help our Team Eagle housekeeping staff on busy, hot summer days.
Help us keep our costs down by turning off all lights, fans, and appropriate appliances. We also ask that you please leave your unit in the same condition as when you checked in.
Before departing, leave the wristbands in your unit on the kitchen table or the desk. We appreciate your help in returning wristbands after your stay.
Before leaving your unit, take one last look around to ensure you are not leaving anything behind.

The Historic Trading Post - A new beginning
Our Legacy guests know that the Trading Post has been a part of our Resort for many years. Built in the footprint of the original building that served as a restaurant, office and yes… even supposedly a brothel during the resorts long-storied history. The current Trading Post used many of the materials from the original building, giving its Northwoods appeal.
The Trading Post served as our Resort offices, check-in desk, amenities center and at one time a country store, coffee and ice-cream shop. The Trading Post is now closed to the public. It is a private residence, the building converted over to living space.
We are sad to see an end of an era with the building, but at the same time, we are pleased the building is now being fully used to the best of its potential. Please be respectful of the owners of the residence. It is not open to the public, including the front porch. Treat it like it is your own home and please, do not intrude.
How do we reach you during our stay if we need anything?
There are many ways to reach out to us with any issue or concerns during your stay. We are available via phone: 715-479-4411 option 1 during normal business hours or text us: 715-227-8990 with any issues, questions or concerns.
During check-in guests will receive a contact number to call for an after hour emergency.

Guests agreeing to the fee/service will have the fee added to the credit card on file and charged the day of service.
For guests wishing for a tidy service please contact the office at 715-479-4411, option 1 or text: 715-227-8990.
