Year round 2,051 sq. ft. cabin. Three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms. This cabin includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a gas fireplace and a 65" TV.  Screened-in porch with table for six. A private master suite with a whirlpool tub, walk in closet, gas fireplace, tub with shower and private deck. One king, two full beds,  two sets twin bunk beds, two single pull-outs. Sleeps 10.

Check In / Check Out

Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m.—If you plan to check in after 8:00 p.m. in-season or after 4:00 p.m. off-season, please advise. Early check-in and late check-out might be available in the offseason, please advise.

Third week in June thru Labor Day weekend. Some Holidays and special events.

Reservations & Deposits

Generally our seasonal rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Some of the units may be available for other durations. Rates vary with the number of nights you stay and the time of the year. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Advanced reservations are recommended. Every effort will be made to honor your unit choice; however, we reserve the right to substitute a similar or upgraded unit at the same rate as the reserved unit.

Payment & Security Deposit

We accept personal checks, cash, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We require a credit card on file upon reservation and reserve the right to charge such card for damages done to the property and/or if the unit requires extra cleaning services.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a prime season reservation with 30 days or more notice, we will refund your deposit minus 20% processing fee. If you cancel a prime season reservation with fewer than 30 days’ notice, you  will forfeit your full payment. 

If you cancel a reservation (outside of prime season) with 15 days or more notice, we will refund your deposit minus 20% processing fee. If you cancel a reservation (outside of prime season) with fewer than 15 days’ notice, you will forfeit your full payment. 

Unit Capacity

A

Due to State and County requirements and restrictions on occupancy levels we do not allow extra guests.  Any additional guests beyond sleeping capacity will be charged $100.00 per person per day.

Pricing

Rates are based on availability, time of year and events.  

Sales & Room Tax

All rates are subject to 10% sales tax—5.5% sales tax and 4.5% accommodation tax.  Tax rates and items taxed are subject to change without notice.  

Pets

We love pets; unfortunately, we do not offer pet-friendly accommodations in the rentals. However, we can provide you with area kennel information upon request. Violations of this policy can result in additional charges for cleaning and/or a violation fee of $250.00.

Prime Season, Holidays, and Special Events
may have a minimum night stay requirement.
